Paper, not promises.
What ships with every kit and what the certificate can and cannot tell you.
The record is not an appendix. It is the reason a kit can be ordered with confidence.
Batch-linked COA
Identity, purity or assay, method and batch reference, issued before payment.
Sealed kit
Ten vials, batch-labelled, tamper-evident; the carton carries the same batch.
Export file
Commercial invoice, packing list and specification prepared at dispatch.

What a COA does not prove
It is not a certificate of sterility, a marketing approval or a guarantee of fitness for a particular use. If sterility, endotoxin or residual solvent data matter, ask for the specific test and batch.
If something is wrong
Report a damaged seal, missing document or batch mismatch within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the kit, carton and packing list; we will replace or credit against an approved return.
