Questions
How do I place an order?
Build a list from the edition, send it with your practice details, and the desk will reply with a pro-forma, batch and documentation.
When is the COA issued?
With the pro-forma, before payment. It references the batch number printed on the kit.
What is the minimum order?
One kit per line and ten kits per order. Mixed lines are welcome.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer against the pro-forma. We do not take card payments.
How are cold-chain lines shipped?
In validated 2–8 °C packaging with a temperature indicator. Ambient lines ship sealed in outer cartons.
Can I return a kit?
Sealed, undamaged kits within 14 days, by written approval. Cold-chain and opened kits cannot be returned.
